The financial assistance is the most direct way to show your support to the work of “Cosmos of Culture”. There is already a multicultural center where we materialize exhibitions, seminars, workshops, music nights and numerous cultural events also in co-operation with other NGO’S and migrant organizations.
The center supports especially young artists and migrant artists through self or group exhibitions and also through music nights with migrant music groups.

Open Horizons present for the second time the art exhibition with the title: WO [+] MΑΝ= ? - “Definition of the sexes : New roles –New rights?” , in the framework of the 6th festival for human rights.
Concept-Curator : Costas Theonas
The main spot for information on the events during the festival will be Cosmos of Culture's Venue in 20 A. Metaxa str in Athens. The Video projections and the opening will also take place there.

Opening: Friday the 28th of March 2008 at 19.00

Opening Hours: Every day and during the weekend from 15.00-21.00
Free entrance in all the areas of the Festival.

Training Seminars titled
"MANAGEMENT OF NGO’S ISSUES"
COSMOS OF CULTURE cultural organization in collaboration with NGO "SOS Racism", organizes training seminars, that concern NGO’s and the management of such institutions.
These seminars are addressed in members, of NGO’s and institutions, migrant communities, cultural associations, students and anyone interested.

Workshops

Children Art Workshop

The Art Workshop for Children starts on Saturday 27 October 2007 and every Saturday from 10.30- 12.30.
It addresses children from 5-10 years old and the entrance is free.

Hand made Doll and Puppet workshop

Cosmos of Culture is organizing a workshop for the creation of dolls and puppets. The workshop is going to be in Greek.

Culture Seminars

“Cosmos of Culture”, cultural organization, is organizing Cultural weekends in Athens with the title
“The Mediterranean diet from a cultural approach”.
Dates:
25-26-27 /05/2007
8-9-10 /06/2007

Cosmos of Culture, cultural non-profit organization, organises weekly cultural seminars in Santorini, titled "THE ISLAND AND THE VINE"

DATES:
1. Monday 16/7 until Friday 20/7/2007.
2. Monday 23/7 until Friday 27/7/2007 (repetition).
The aim of the seminar is the acquaintance with the particular island but also with the vine, from a cultural viewpoint.
CLASSES : English Language and Greek Language.

Culture Seminar
“Eastern cultural walk in Athens”

“Cosmos of Culture” cultural non profit organization, organizes a cultural seminar of acquaintance with contemporary Athens in the period of Easter in April 2007.The seminar will be held in the Greek language and it is an opportunity for those who wish to meet the city through its culture and not by simply having a Greek language course. It consists of presentations of specific subjects and visits to selected places.

Multiethnic center for preschool aged children.

Help us to create a Multiethnic day care center for preschool aged children.

One important Action we have is the creation of a Multiethnic day care center for preschool aged children.Where the children will learn with respect for their own culture the Greek language and Culture and they will be able to express themselves through art lessons and toys so that they easily intergrate in the Greek society from a young age.
